Nautilus Leadership Summit

The Nautilus Leadership Summit is an annual leadership conference at UWF that is open to all students, regardless of major, role, or leadership experience. The Summit is intentionally designed around three core pillars of student leadership, which rotate each year and are grounded in current leadership research and higher education trends. This year’s pillars are self-awareness, integrity, and resilience.

A unique aspect of the Summit is its peer-to-peer leadership model. Departmental student leaders are actively involved as presenters and facilitators, hosting interactive sessions and activities connected to the three pillars. Student attendees choose which sessions to attend based on interest, while still being exposed to all three leadership pillars throughout the event. We invite a keynote speaker to open the Summit by setting the tone for the evening. All student participants and speakers are recognized with a Certificate of Leadership in appreciation of their engagement and contribution to the Summit. We hope to see you all there! Questions?
