Details

Manage stress and anxiety through bubble therapy, a practice of breathing techniques that can help calm the nervous system, lower blood pressure and heart rate, and decrease stress hormones. Bubble-themed snacks are also provided!

Not available for remote sessions.
Food Provided (Bubble themed snacks and refreshments.)
